Well I can say that my experience in this school was good. Most of the staff and teachers are amazing and they provide many opportunities to be involved with the community and let's you grow on certain skills. They have many opportunities for the future of the students.

My experience at West Mesa is quite positive. Most teachers love their job and try to get involved with the students life. The college readiness is definitely one of my favorite things West Mesa offers, our staff is very good at guiding the students through college life. We have great councilors who care about students. All together , west mesa is a welcoming and supportive community.

During my years at West Mesa High, I have learned quite a lot. All of this is due to my specific teachers really caring about my education and wanting me to be successful. Although the school area is not the best, I learned to adapt and make the best out of my 3 years there.

We left a higher rated school due to bullying, teacher inadequacies and principle unresponsiveness. I regret not moving my child earlier. My daughter has thrived since the move. We were worried due to rating sites like this one. I am very glad we did not go by what we saw/read here.

For the most part it’s ok. There are some wonderful teachers who have and continue to have a positive impact on my child’s learning. Mr. Andrew Vigil and Ms. LouAnn Fayter are two that make such a difference in their students lives and their learning.
