Alhambra High School is a good school. It has a diversity of different ethnic groups, good teachers, college ready courses, dual enrollment courses, etc. Overall, AHS is a good high school and definitely recommend to students looking to attend AHS.

i think the best part would probably be the student involvement. The sports games that I have been to have been packed with students supporting their peers. And although nothing serious has happened during my time there, there have been threats of school shootings and students bringing knives and bombs to school. There have been many fights around campus as well. I guess I would like to see more - as cheesy as this sounds - love. Everyone seems so connected, but then in a blink of an eye, they're so divided.

I really love the students and teachers that make up the school, we are like a family. There are some ups and downs that comes with the school including the close-knit community, but also how there is a very big vaping problem.

Honestly, I had my child go here one year for their freshman year and took them out. There is no actual support in helping your child succeed unless they’re naturally gifted. IEP program not available at all and only met her once towards the end of the school year. They put no effort whatsoever towa...

I went to this school for 4 years and it wasn't a great experience. It's true, only a select few of teachers actually want to engage the students to have the best time possible growing academically. Very few take the time to really bond with the students and not treat them as a means to earn their p...

This school would be better recommended as a prison with terrible staff and food that's is actually worse than prison cuisine. In my first year in Alhambra, I was sick some time in the beginning of the year. I often got up to get some tissues to blow my nose. However blowing my nose was enough to cl...
