At American Fork High School there is a good safety measure at the school recently their was a bomb threat note found in a science class by a teacher and everyone was evacuated safely during lunch time and the communication with everyone was good. At our school there is standardized based grading where all our individual grades are averaged out. This grading technique is mainly used in math and english classes so that the students can see the progress in their work. Something that could be changed about my school is the parking and driving situation very often I have witnessed people getting in car crashes and fender benders. The parking lot has no stop signs and everyday it is completely packed full of cars. Getting to and coming from the school is not much better there is always a lot of cars and traffic going by at one spot that needs a stoplight. Overall I would say that my school is pretty good and I learn a lot at American Fork High School.

I've never felt like a part of a community more. Being a caveman means more than going to AFHS. Being a caveman means showing up to support your sports teams, treating everyone with respect, and being the chillest students in Utah. As a sophomore I immediately felt welcome into the school by my teachers, and fellow peers. The teachers at this school are beyond outstanding and some of them have amazing stories on how they got here. I'm grateful to be able to spend 2 more years of high school being a caveman. AFOD

I love American Fork High School, we have such a good school spirit and student body. Our teachers are so encouraging and care about the students very much. I always feel wanted and needed in class and outside of class.

This school is the worst I have ever seen in my life, my daughter was beaten and sent to the hospital in this place, there are multiple fights and the police know about this, they even have a page on instagram with thousands of fights and videos of the horrible bullying that the children live in thi...

This was a ok school but the school is more focused on passing students rather than teaching them. Teachers were also too strict and didn’t care about the students well being.
