My experience in South Anchorage High School was great and I hope that they keep many of the clubs there as they are fun and interesting. The music program there is especially great.

Extracurriculars are amazing, school culture could use some academic rigor and a boost in productivity, budget cuts have been difficult

My experience at South was interesting because the first three quarters of my freshman year were online. Luckily, I had good teachers that year to get me back on pace with my learning. I think South has some very good teachers, but it is just not consistent all the way around.

Failing my child…never called me and after I called continues to not reach out…I might as well quit my job and be the teacher…curious at what we are paying for…over 75% of taxes going to the school…FOR NOTHING!!!

I hate this school the only reason why I havent left for service yet is because the JROTC program is amazing and a couple of the teachers are nice and the counselors are very friendly

South High is an outstanding comprehensive public high school. The educators are professional and dedicated, and students are well prepared for further education and life.
