The best part of West Anchorage High School was the ability to connect with other students. The concern falls upon the administrators, who have lacked in preparing students for college until the past year.

The thing I love about West is the amount of diversity we have flowing through the hallways. Wherever you go, you are able to see so many different cultures and people together. I myself am in many clubs in West, including Key Club, and am a key part of our Spanish club. West is just the place you're able to find yourself and find a club or after-school activity that you're able to fit into. One of the best parts of West has to be our Fine Arts Program, being the best in the state. In contrast, the lesser part of West I feel is the constant problems we have occurring with vaping and other things happening in our bathrooms.
