The academics when I went were great and very rigorous relative to the other schools in the area. At the time that I went the community was not very diverse. That being said, revisiting the school, it is apparent that they are making strides in the right direction. VERY expensive though.

Historically, Pike was a phenomenal academic institution that in my view was quite inclusive, especially when compared to other schools in the area, which had a strong and steady administration. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, it appears that the administration has lost its way and is focused more on change for change sake as opposed to necessity.

This school is overpriced and underwhelming. The building is beautiful, but the curriculum is no different than the local public schools and the families are mostly stuck up and rich. I loved the Pike School and I thought it was very good. The teachers were always welcoming and they encouraged a safe and robust learning environment. I am so happy I choose the Pike School and I would definitely recommend it for its commitment to learning and excellent teachers.

The view to Pike is quite drastic differently, depends who you are. My kids always like to come to school, made friends, involved in school activities, and rewarded for their efforts.
