I have had an amazing experience at Proctor Academy so far. Everyone makes an impact on campus, no matter what you do or who you are. Everyone is valued for themselves and no one is just a number. I have been given opportunities worth a lifetime, as I was introduced to new sports, new courses and got to experience project period. We went to tour schools, talk with best athletic trainers in the country and experience college student courses first-handed. It has been nothing short of amazing.

I came to Proctor after living in Andover for 14 years. It gave me a new outlook on my town, and enabled me to try new things. I've created strong relationships with my teachers, even in the first few months. Proctor is really good at helping and engaging with their students. For example, I used to be terrible and math and never understand it, but Proctor helped me and got me to actually enjoy doing math.

I love Proctor so much it is the best school for people who like to have experiences or like the outdoors. The one bad thing I will say is that if you/ your child are looking to go to an Ivy League college after Proctor it will be very hard because Proctor will not allow you time for SAT tutors and off campus programs out big limits on what classes you can take. That being said if you love learning by experiences the off campus programs at Proctor are truly a once in a lifetime opportunity for a lot of kids.
