Biggest problem is behavior problems disrupting the classrooms and field trips. I have seen this first hand as a parent who volunteered on multiple field trips. Franklin is fantastic! Their teachers are caring, creative and welcoming. The principal does a fantastic job. It is a nice school located in downtown Anoka.
