One of the best parts of Appleton West High School is that there is something for everyone. For students that enjoy more art based stuff, there is a charter school called Renaissance that is connected to Appleton West. If you enjoy more tenology related stuff, then West also has a charter school called A-Tech that is connected to Appleton West. Appleton West High School is also really good about figuring out your schedule if you are in one of these charter schools. I have only been at Appleton West for about 6 months and I already love it here.

I love the school culture at Appleton West. We just aren't the best at sports. If you're looking for a school where you feel you belong, Appleton West High School is the place to go. If you are looking to be a football player in the NFL, don't go to West. However, like previously stated, Appleton West's school culture and resources available for students is strong and pleasant. I love it there.

Appleton West provides a variety of extracurriculars and clubs but lacks the ability to prepare its students for college. For example, the teaching methods employed by these schools lack engagement and independent learning.

Awesome school and teachers who are easy to approach with questions. Really awesome history with the building. The principal (Greg Hartjes) has done a lot for the school since taking the job.The parking lot for students is a good 5-minute walk away, but at least it's free for students to use unlike...
