I enjoy the teachers at this school and some of them do an extremely good job of explaining concepts in a way I can understand. However, the campus itself is dirty and it is an inconvenience seeing how most of the bathrooms get closed down in order to stop vaping in the restrooms. I wish there was more of an emphasis on college and future readiness outside of the College and Career Center as well, since this program is extremely helpful but a decent amount of students don't know about it.

I have had a good experience at Aptos High School, the school is very inclusive. I have participated in student government and leadership all four years, and this was such a positive decision.

My overall experience has been great. Teachers really are for the students and are willing to help even if it is not for their subject.

Academics is mediocre. The girl’s volleyball program would be better if they had a coach with more experience, a personality and compassion for his players. Hunter Zeng lacks interpersonal and intrapersonal skills to run a successful program. He wants the attention to be on him and not his players....

My son has had a positive experience here. Although I hear reports of bullying, this has luckily not happened to him. He is a serious student who is in mostly honors/AP classes and no sports. When he was identified with learning challenges, the staff and his teachers were generally very responsive t...

Horrible. The school compared to many others is a catastrophe. The only thing that keeps me coming back is football and sometimes that's not enough.
