GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

A very good high school. No bullying, Good classes, Good learning environment. People here are generally friendly and it's very safe. I think I have seen maybe 3 fights total and I've been here for 2 years. I'm overall, would recommend. If you live in the Arlington area and you need a high school, Arlington High School is an excellent choice.

Guidance department is TERRIBLE! No personal concern or help for your students! Student committed suicide and Board will not consider exhaustion from early start time or overload from AP classes as factor affecting mental health of students! School administration dictates outcome for Spec. Ed and 50...

AHS is very racially segregated: the Afric...
