I was generally happy with my experience at Arvada West High School. One complaint I have is that a lot of people used the Safe2Tell anonymous reporting system to make false reports about people. Because of the anonymity, the people rarely got in trouble while the people being reported had to deal with a lot of questioning, searches, and potential consequences. The aspects of Arvada West I was most pleased with we the teachers of higher level courses and the many AP courses available to take.

Overall I do feel that this school helped prepare me for college and gave me a solid secondary education. There were several phenomenal teachers who I had throughout my years here. However, I also had several teachers who at times displayed discriminatory practices and the school environment was not very diverse.

I personally really like this school. I came from a really bad middle school, and the culture and atmosphere is just a breath of fresh air. They are the worse school for kids we ith autism amd they do not have a clue what they ate doing they do not have the knowledge or the patience to run a special education department jeffcos sped director and arvada west assistant principal are completely usesless
