Overall because of the location of a small town, everything seems very last name-based. A lot of the teachers are at least distantly related. The school Is also very sport-oriented, although the administration is beginning to try and change that which is appreciated. They have one of the best band teachers, and some really great teachers that care about the students. It is overcrowded but the new school was passed and will be complete ina few years.

I love Ashland-Greenwood High School because of the small class sizes and the small school atmosphere. All of the teachers are very helpful and students are super welcoming. I transferred to AGHS last year from a big school and I am so thankful I did because I love the school!

It is a small school which promotes a community where everyone knows who you are. Most of the teachers are amazing. There aren't a lot of extracurricular options though.
