My experience at Ashland High School has been a good ride. Now that it's my senior year I have looked through and seen how well maintained and how good everything is. The people, education, sports, etc. the best parts of my experience was meeting new teachers and them all being nice and could help me with work. The worst part was just starting off my freshman year in 2020 when we had all the big rules about Covid. A lot of things have changed since my freshman year to now so I would say anything would have to change.

There are not a lot of advanced course offerings. Barely any AP classes are offered. Ashland High School does not do a weighted GPA, so honors, AP, and CCP students show the same GPA as a student succeeding in the lowest level of courses; I feel this puts hard-working students at a disadvantage.

Overall it has been a great experience and I have made great relationships along the way. I love getting to know my peers and growing as a person along the way.
