Atascadero high school is pretty average. There's not a lot of diversity and it is a little unorganized. There are some good aspects of the school, for example the teachers. There are some great teachers at the school who are really helpful. The school environment is also pretty relaxed.

I had a great high-school experience here. The teachers and staff greatly helped me both academically and personally. Everyone is supportive here. The water polo program is top notch as well

My children had bad experiences at AHS and with the Middle School. As a teacher, I know the students deserve so much better, it should be students first. This District is poorly run with so much turnover and the best teachers always leave or get pushed out.

My daughter has had a horrible experience at this school for the last two years and she will no longer be attending.
