My time at AHS has been meaningful, with great staff and community, but communication could improve. AHS gave me good memories and growth, though better support and clearer communication are needed. I valued the community at AHS, but stronger support and more consistent communication would help.

I would like to see the bathrooms better taken care of and better organized school events. I would also appreciate less vaping and drugs soon campus.

Atascadero high school is pretty average. There's not a lot of diversity and it is a little unorganized. There are some good aspects of the school, for example the teachers. There are some great teachers at the school who are really helpful. The school environment is also pretty relaxed.

My daughter has had a horrible experience at this school for the last two years and she will no longer be attending. She has been called racial slurs on more than one occasion and in speaking with her it seems to the norm at this school. Racism is a huge problem at this school. Students bring alcoho...

My kids had a rough time at school. The community there just didn't feel right; there were cliques and bullying, and it seemed like nobody really cared about each other. Inside the classroom, things weren't much better. It was noisy and chaotic, and the teacher struggled to keep control. Instead of...
