I have enjoyed the diversity of my high school experience. Everyone seems so welcoming that it creates a safe feeling for the students. I would like to see the guidance counselors help with college prep more. They expect us seniors to already know what to do. Overall though, I have enjoyed my experience.

This place is legit run like a prison and all the teachers care about is gettin paid at the end of the day they dont care if we fail or graduate, the administration there will never take the students side even if they're several witnesses, wouldn't recommend goin here if u want to succeed, this place is a joke

I have to start calling 3 weeks out and just show up to get assistance from them. When you show up you are asked if...

Mcminn is just like any other public school, but Meigs county is a lot worse. They don't put you in the classes you need and all the popular kids get away with a whole lot of things. The "in" crowd gets treated better than anything. Mcminn is a little better with the classes. As for the teachers, th...

As a former student, I can honestly say that McMinn could be a lot worse. The teachers, with the exception of the science department, are generally not good. The higher-level classes in the science department are pretty good, and have prepared me well for my pre-medical studies. Athletics are only o...
