CHS was a great school. The teachers (especially the math and engineering) prepared me for my college level courses. I was involved in Project Lead the Way, the soccer team, ASB, leadership, and more. I loved all of the activities that we had available.

I really enjoy my school. I feel very prepared for college because of the superior academics here. I always feel safe.

This school is awesome if you've got a group of friends. When I moved here it was bland and repetitive in the way that my life was like ground hog day 24/7. The moment and I mean the moment I found my friend group, life became more unpredictable than a box of chocolates.

This high school is one of the best in Kern County. My son has had great teachers every year and their sport programs are great.

There is too many examples to list them all but they all add up. My son was called "Mike" instead of his name Kevin for two ye...

He moved in with me because he was being mentally and physically abused at home. about 1 and a half years ago, the school was made aware, but his mother put on great show, so...

If you aren't related to the coaches or aren't from the area your child gets cut from the team regardless how talen...
