Ballston spa has a variety of programs for different paths. They have a bosces and p tech program that provide opportunities to learn trades.

My overall experience with Ballston Spa High School was good. I enjoyed my time there and felt like I earned a good education while still being balanced with clubs and sports. It was easy for me to get work done, and teachers were very supportive of me and making sure I was going to be prepared for my future.

I think that the environment there is good. My teachers, counselors, and friends are very nice and supportive and make me look forward to attending school each day. I think the worst part of the experience is the amount of stress levels I have. There are many fights at the school and I notice occasional bullying. I would like to see policies change and for that to improve.

This district has major issues with bullying, labeling, as well as internal communication and support for your child. I had a guidance meeting concerning my childs behavior and grades, he was seeing a behavioral specialist at the school weekly, not one of his teachers knew that! LOL A complete joke,...

Absolutely a horrible district, quick to judge and label, communication within as well external has to be the worst I have ever seen . If your child has an issue, you can be sure the district will label him/ or her for their entire high school career
