I loved the atmosphere and teachers at Battle Lake. I felt like I got an amazing education and had a lot of chances to be involved in activities.

I moved to the Battle Lake school district in 10th grade from the Twin Cities. I went from failing math, and being practically shuffled from grade to grade, to becoming a brand new person. My grades skyrocketed, and I became more confident in who I was as a person. It was obvious that my teachers cared that I learned, something I hadn't experience before.
