What I would like to change would be the amount of importance that is placed on some sports at the school but overall the school is pretty solid and there aren't many students that are attending the school.

I loved the atmosphere, and I really liked the students I surrounded myself with to become the person I am. I didn't really have any bad parts I thought high school went really well for me. I would like to see them advertise Upperman more and expand because it really is a great school.

Overall Upperman was a decent school. The teachers they had were kind and the school spirit was unmatched. But they couldn't keep teachers. It seemed like every year the teachers would leave and there was never a sense of comfort with your education. Especially with honors and AP classes. It felt like every year we would get a new and inexperienced person to teach our classes that were meant to be above and beyond.

My job transfered us from out of state to TN. Schools were my main criteria on where we located. Baxter used to have high rankings, but those may have fallen due to overcrowding & bad attitudes. Extremely disappointed with this school! My child and I moved to Baxter specifically for this school when they had a nine out of ten. The people here are very exclusionary. If you weren't born here, you don't belong! If you are anything other than white, good luck. The teachers are ignorant and lazy...
