Sure there has been a few teachers who could not communicate the lessons adequately, but the majority of teachers I have worked with have been wonderful. They give students the necessary information in many different styles so that all students can take something from their lessons. Not to mention it's clear that they are passionate about helping to shape student's education and lives.

This school has exceptionally bad leadership, no ELL teachers, despite a significant ELL population, and low morale. Leadership needs to change. These guys drag their feet on everything and so nothing happens in a timely manner. Hire qualified leaders.
