The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

Maple Grove is a very small school meaning our options can be slim at some points. For the most part our Sports programs our music programs and our academic programs are strong. Most of the teachers are great but the overall atmosphere of the school is not the best. There is very little diversity making it hard for students with diversity to fit in. I am a student with a disability and I would argue that my school is not the most accommodating. With that being said there are some amazing teachers that will make amazing accommodations but all in all accommodations are tough to get. Maple Grove is a fine school but it needs more diversity to make it more real world geared.

I definitely enjoyed my time at the school, I do wish that more was put into the music and arts. I feel some faculty could definitely put more effort into the mental health of their students.

Maple grove is an amazing school. I've gone there since I was in 6th grade because we have no middle school. For the most part, all of the teachers have been amazing and the ones who are not as amazing I've been able to avoid. In my opinion, there is one downside of going to maple grove, and that is there are not that many music classes. I want to go to school for musical theatre and it's going to be harder for me than it will for other students because I don't have a huge background in music. I've learned to get music help outside of school and I take advantage of all of the music Opportunities in the school like a half year of guitar and piano, as well as chorus class. The school as a whole is very nice. Per usual there are a few not-so-friendly students but most of the students at the school are nice and caring. The school is also trying to work on getting more diversity which is nice. I love my school and I'm going to be sad when I graduate but I'm excited for my future.
I have a son with a legal disability and Maple Grove and the Bemus school district have been more than accommodating. We came from another school district that barely registered his 504 plan to one that seems to honor it completely.
