When I started looking for kindergarten for my son Nicolas last year, I was so uncertain on where we would go. Lucky me, School of the Madeleine was the first one that I visited and I left so confident that it was the one. After visiting The Madeleine I still checked out a couple more private schools around but those places just made me feel more certain of my choice. A month went by since my son started at The Madeleine and I am so happy to see what a happy boy I drop off every morning. As a new family at the school, I can share that everyone is very warm and welcoming, I met a lot of nice families and Nico has made friends for life. The curriculum is very strong and best of all, I LOVE the values that the school teach. It makes smile every morning after prayer time at the garden when all kids shout together " Let's be good to one another" . What else can you ask for?

The school is definitely safe and has four security guards on its campus. To say that the kids are safe and that there are special security measures would be an understatement. However, I don't think this school needs all of this protection considering its size and the neighborhood. It has a school nurse and good health programs and resources. I say it's okay because despite the security guards, the school still leaves its gates open on the weekends and after school. So it is safe but a little too sheltered.

This school is amazing it helped my 3 children make friends and learn valuable life lessons. My son has adhd and this school always gave him extra help.

i feel like this school has a effective atmosphere. there are so many activities with our school community, class community, and the overall community. as a class you get to experience the boat trip, caritas, west minister woods, and several other great opportunities to spend with your friends. it’s...
