I've been really happy with Bigelow. It is the smallest middle school in Newton and I think that has helped my child. My son is in 7th grade and has flourished here. I've met many of the teachers through meetings and volunteer activities and have been impressed.

Great school, with lots of sport and after hours program choices.

The teachers at Bigelow are terrific. The school administration is poor, worse than anything I have ever experienced. Unless your child is Harvard bound and has no learning disabilities, this is NOT the school for your child. It was a great mistake to send out child here.
