It is a new school and still figuring out how to educate students. As well as keep their staff. There are many teachers leaving every year, and I feel like that can't be a good sign. The student culture is one of laziness. No one enforces punishments and you don't have to do any work and you will still pass your courses.

I have spent the entirety of my school experience at the Lockwood Campus, up until about freshman year I'd say that it was a very good school. High School has been a little disappointing, it seems like the admin prefer quantity over quality when it comes to their students, not to say I haven't achieved what most high schoolers get through their high school, I just think there's potential to be better.
