McLeod High School, to me, offers a wonderful schooling experience. Due to its small size, students can more easily access one-on-one time with teachers and staff to get the help that they need to be their most successful self. Everyone knows everyone, making a very comfortable learning environment. And, since it is a K-12 school, the majority of children here are like family since we have watched each other grow up.

It is a small community so it is nice being able to know everybody. Almost everybody is nice and mannerable.

I like that my school is very active in our community and we all count on one another to make our school more successful. I would like to see our school grow and become more integrated with more ethnicity.

Worst public school you could possibly imagine. Erin Lambeth will run it into the ground. If you have daughters, steer very clear. They do not care about your children, only their paycheck.

I don't think there is enough words that I can provide that I did not like this place. I come back to McLeod upon occasions from my visits in Texarkana, look at the school, and think "Man, it took years of counseling to finally rid my mind of this place." ... I have wanted to help this town for year...
