GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Upper Cape Tech was a good choice for me. I've met good friends in my shop and have enjoyed my time here. I have no real complaints about the school. I also like the opportunity to go on Co-op. Overall, it's a pretty solid highschool.

Our son, Grady had a great experience at UCT. It was nice to see him come out of his shell and we always considered UCT as a warm-up to college. The staff and instructors spend a lot of time getting the kids ready for their next step in academics. The only real bad thing we could say about UCT is the Location it's right off a busy highway on Cape Cod but there's really nothing they can do about that. There is really nothing that we see that they need to change. They have a great program going there now we've been very pleased.

I will be in the first graduating class of vet science. I have been able to go on co-op since my junior year. And I've been in after school activities which bring me closer to others.

As an alumnus from a couple decades ago, this school tries its best to give every student that enters after an application process the ability to succeed both academically and in a trade. Over the years it has grown from a simple voc tech to a powerhouse of multiple different disciplines within each...

UCT was an amazing experience. Outstanding across the board. The bonds that I have formed with my classmates and instructors as well as my teammates will never be broken. It was a closely knit community and a tremendous working environment. Every student leaves college and career ready, most student...

I currently attend this school and honestly have no idea why it's received a 5 out of 10. That's seriously disappointing I'd give it about a 9. The only thing making it not a 10 is the lack of good math teachers. Everything other than that is spot on how it should be. I don't understand the 5.
