Brandon Middle School is awesome. They help kids that need help and offer ways for the academically advanced kids to be pushed, which they need. There are many clubs and activities to be involved in. The school has wonderful parent and community support. My kids were there for 8 years, and we had to move. The new school doesn't even compare. BMS is very over crowded. That's the only downside, in my opinion. It is a wonderful school.

The building is just old and worn out. The library and lower classrooms flood and grow mold. Also neither me or any of my friends even knew the counsellors or ever went to them. There are also few advanced classes so we were all put in the same one and were either struggling to keep up or waiting on the rest of the class.

There are only two feilds and one gym. They are kept in good shape for the highschool when we have games but other than there isn't much room or time for the kids to play. Or get some exercise

ALL THE SCHOOLS IN RANKIN COUNTY ARE WONDERFUL. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THE FOREIGNT LANGUAGE TEACHER SENDS HER CHILD TO A PRIVATE SHOOL AND TEACHES IN A PUBLIC SCHOOL. IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE SHE IS ONLY THERE FOR A PAYCHECK. IN FACT, SEVERAL OF THESE TEACHERS TO DO THIS. IF YOU TEACH I APUBLIC SC...
