I loved my time at P.S. 244. All of my teachers were excellent and unforgettable. We always had ample play time outside and when the weather was not so nice, we would watch movies in the auditorium. I was in the spelling bee, participated in acting, when on great field trips around NYC, attended after-school programs. I received a culturally and intellectually-rich education here.

This is a very good school especially if your child has learning challenges. The teachers works extremely hard with the students. The staff is very friendly and caring. The Principal and Vice principals are very visible and create an attractive atmosphere for learning.
