GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have gone here since kindergarten, and this is the only school I have ever known. the high school experience is so fun and the school spirit is so fun they have a good way to get the students involved in everything. There are a lot of activities to be a part of and they try at least twice a year to get the entire k-8 together. the adults don't always do the best at listening to the student body and while there are multiple AP classes there isn't a large variety of elective classes it is definitely a science and math-based school but the only science classes you can take as a senior is either an AP class or an easy environmental or medical science class. I have had such a good experience at this school and you can tell that every teacher here cares about your education and your well-being.

Prospect Ridge Academy is a tight-knit school with a competitive student body. In many ways this pushes students to work to the best of their abilities, and are fortunate to have opportunities available to do so.

If you are someone who likes a small school, this school is great and helps a lot with guiding students to the college they want to go. If you don't want to go to college, I would not recommend this high school. It is definitely more rigorous than public school, but I think it prepared me well.

After being there for over a decade, I saw the change in everything that they do and stand for. This school hides what they are teaching from parents, forcing agendas down kids and teenagers throats. If you happen to be against their agenda you will feel it. There is 0 support, they do not care abou...

I have never been more miserable in my life. The teachers don’t know how to teach, they mock and bully students, and are just really stuck up. Not only that, but they are biased towards the popular kids. It’s very rare to find good staff at this school. They could care less about bullying. Even if y...

I’m glad my kids have left this school. Do research and talk to parents before sending your kids here!
