I have thrived in this school environment. We have small classes and everyone is like family and is encouraging when being a having a rough time. From administration to students I have experienced a very positive environment. The school counselor is amazing in helping me to get prepared for college.

Most teachers try harder than others.

Though Calumet has gotten better over the years, the students are not really challenged in their academics. I do not have to study for things very often. The teachers are nice and supportive, but some just don't come to the standards that are needed for the future.

Calumet schools seem to have plenty of funds to support their students now and in the future. Lots of changes coming. I am glad my kids will get to be apart of it all. This community is prospering, who knows what the future will bring.

Calumet has a wonderful school system. The staff and community are so supportive. They are breaking ground for a separate high school.
