Be prepared to see today’s Center Line High School students as tomorrow’s community leaders. Center Line High serves 691 students in grades nine through twelve from Center Line and Warren. Center Line Panthers are challenged to grow and think toward the future through an innovative academy structure. All freshmen enter the Freshmen Academy, where collaboration, communication and exploration are core values. As students progress, they opt for one of two upper-level academies: the Industry, Technology and Innovation Academy or the Health and Human Services Academy. Within the academies, students explore career options and receive instruction tailored to the issues of the sectors. This academic model is supported by Ford Next Generation Learning, which aims to connect all students to rewarding post-secondary opportunities. Center Line High School also has connections to local businesses, trade organizations, and colleges, enabling students to pursue trade certifications or college credit while still in high school. In addition to benefiting from this unique academic structure, Center Line Panthers enjoy a traditional high school experience of Spirit Week, the marching band parading through the halls on game days, and plenty of sports options. Center Line offers 14 varsity and junior varsity sports teams, plus extracurricular clubs in music, foreign languages, and service-focused groups.

Center Line isn't a bad school, we're very diverse within our student population but I wish we were more diverse within our staff members. My school also doesn't get enough recognition, we're not a popular school no one really knows about us.

My experience with [High School Name] was extremely disappointing due to the poor treatment my son received from the staff. On one occasion, they accused my son of stealing another student's phone via email, only to email me again no more than five minutes later saying the phone had been returned. I...

Terrible. I feel like I wasted many years before I realized and pulled my kids out of the district. Now my kids are finally in a school district that is teaching them. They just have so many problems that teaching the students is their last priority.
