At Wolfe Middle School, all 426 students in grades six through eight are nurtured and challenged to grow in knowledge and imagination. Wolfe Warriors hail from the communities of Center Line and Warren. Wolfe Middle School fosters a culture of pride in academic participation by honoring students with Warrior Status each five weeks. Students with Warrior Status have demonstrated their commitment to their education and are able to fully participate in extracurricular activities like football, volleyball, and band as a result. Wolfe Middle School provides an education in line with Michigan state standards. Teachers at Wolfe are committed to creating classroom experiences beyond the basics, though. Students are encouraged through inquiry-based learning to start forming critical questions and developing processes to answer those questions. Collaborative skills are also central to a Warrior education. Students in a sixth-grade class might work as teams to assemble puzzles while the only team member allowed to touch the pieces is blindfolded. This creates some communication lively communication challenges! Wolfe Middle School has forged and maintained strong community relationships to enhance students’ educations and help them visualize opportunities beyond their secondary education. A relationship with a local credit union allows math teachers to build business ownership scenarios where students learn about lending and business management.

i wish i could give a 3.5. it is a good school but not the best, some good teachers. the principal is awesome and i think that helps. sometimes they can’t control the bad kids there but i guess that isn’t their fault. wish there was more tutoring and counseling for certain kids.

Most of the teachers are dedicated. The leadership in the past was lacking but the new leadership seems to be turning it around. My child has had a well rounded student experience taking advanced classes, playing in the band, and participating in multiple sports. Also participated in cooking and pho...
