I love this school and so do/did my boys. The staff is friendly and they reach out if needed and offer help. My son has excelled due to the attention he received. The best part is the diversity.

Horrific! The manner in which the leadership (principal) addresses and works with children who come from trauma; or children that special needs, is judgemental and narrow minded; her own biases get in the way, causing traumatic experiences for the kiddos.

This school is my number one favorite! I have been to two elementary schools, the other of witch is closed, and currently attend Chavez. Excellent staff, though some rules are slightly controlling.
