In my 4 years at independence high school I have enjoyed it here. I feel that it was the right choice to come here not only for the people I have met but for the education opportunities. The teachers here care about the students and they want whats best for them. This school feels safe, you don't have to worry about the worst.

I think it's a great school overall. The sports team are outstanding and if you have a great school spirit you would love them. Some of the worst parts was definitely some people at the school. People can be kind of rude but you can get over it. The lunch is pretty good and the academics are great also.

My teachers were amazing, I loved each and every one. They all helped me be my true individual self and currated a safe and comforting enviorment to learn without the fear of being left behind academically.

It's a great school. If your students are willing to learn, the teachers are always there to guide and help you. My children love it here and graduated with honors.

It can be very isolating at times and most teachers are pretty indifferent towards students learning.

Passive aggressive teachers and disrespectful administration. All four years Ive felt discriminated against and uncomfortable. Decent learning programs but the passive aggressive teachers make it not worth it.
