I came to Providence high school my sophmore year. The staff and the teacher helped me a lot with my classes. Amazing School and good education.

Providence High School is a very good school, the environment is friendly, the faculty and staff are nice, the students are behaved, just overall a good school.

Most of the classes are very challenging. A lot of students that have gone to other schools said that Providence is very hard. I like how teachers are always there for you. There are a lot of resources available to help you be successful. Students in general are not very nice. If you are not rich you are probably going to get excluded. There is also a very strict phone policy. If they see you on your phone they take it for 3 days including nights and it can go up to 7 days. You cannot even use your phone during lunch.

The school is rated highly because they care about high test scores. Nothing more. If you have an over achieving child it’s a good school for you. If your child is an average kid they will be tossed aside. Please beware. My kids were, on average, A-/B+ students. This school only cares about students...

I attented this school. From my experience, the teachers I had were not good. You go to class just to copy workbooks and figure out the answers yourself. The teachers did not teach. How can you learn like this?

My experience has differed from others in the site. Maybe only people with poor experiences get on here? Our child has a 504. Counselors have been proactive about ensuring it’s followed.
