Eastern hancock is a very small school, only about 80 people in each grade. It has its benefits, such as more personal help from teachers and an easier time connecting with people. It also has its downsides. It has little behavioral discipline, and a lot of students get away with extremely bigoted or harassing behavior. You are more likely to get in trouble for attendance than assaulting someone. I also do not have confidence in the academics.

Eastern Hancock was a great school to grow up in and graduate from. The families that attended there are the nicest people in the whole county. The teachers are the absolute best and care so much about the success of their students. As a matter of fact, there are teachers that I had in high school that I still keep in contact with Because I was able to build such a great relationship with them. On the other hand, it is a very rural school and because of that it lacks the exposure of other cultures and adversity in general.

I've experienced a lot at Eastern Hancock. I switched from to this school from Greenfield and it was the best change I've ever experienced. I've met so many more people that are so kind and loving. I joined the FFA program and get to experience so many things to learn about agriculture. It has even led me to know what I want to do as a career.

Excellent so far. EH has exceeded our expectations in every category, our children are having a much better school experience than we did as kids at a different school district. Very tight knit and positive community.
