The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best part about King College Prep is that it prepares us for life after high school , no matter if it's college , trade, job or other the teachers here will help you get to where you need to be. I believe the worst part about KCP is the agenda and criteria. Although it is a college prep, the work could be a bit more challenging.

My overall experience at king is pretty good. I have learned a lot here and it has helped me become a more successful student. I just wish there were academics for students.

Deciding to attend king college prep was one of my most proud decisions. The 4 years I've spent there has more than prepared me for my life beyond high school.

I have unfortunately transferred from this school as a rising junior. If you are the academic type then you would probably enjoy it here. This school lacks well rounded extracurricular activities, partially due to the physical size of the school and also the general indifference of the administratio...
