The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The teaching curriculum was my favorite. Monthly ACT tests set me up for success. The teachers were more seen as more than educators who really cared about students' education. I would definitely recommend a charter school to everyone.

What I like about DRW was the people I met and learned with through academics, friendships, and hard times.

My experience at DRW has it's ups and downs like every high school. One thing about DRW I love is how invested the staff is in their students. DRW has given me amazing opportunities such as allowing me to stay two weeks at John Hopkins University for the summer. This opportunity was huge for me and was very eye opening. I am forever grateful for the experience. Although my school has these amazing opportunities I do feel like they hinder the students in a way. The rules at DRW are a little much. The fact we have to stand is lines and have line leaders are ridiculous. I feel like childish things like that won't help us for college and only shows how mature they think we are. Overall I have enjoyed my high school experience at DRW College Prep.

I have never worked at a school that focuses as strongly on the whole student - affirming both the student abilities and their full identity. Students are supported and loved into reaching strong results.

My overall experience has been just shy of great, the only reason being the rocky start any new staff might experience with onboarding. Now that I have settled in things have been good and I see where I can add value and feel there is room for autonomy for me to do so as well as my voice to be heard...

The school's principle and special education head are extremely selfish of their own interests and in constant non compliance with the law. Despite having a high population with special education needs, special education teachers and students and families are not treated well or respected. Resources...
