I think that Golder college prep is a great school if you want your child to maximize their education, they have great teachers who care a lot about their students. Additionally they have plenty of resources you can use when applying to college. The only downside is that the sports teams aren't very competitive as lots of players need to stay for Lassalle since they didn't do their homework. I would say that there is a big lack of funding as well.

I feel the school does what it can with its budget. They're especially focused on making sure students are as prepared for standardized testing as possible and practice exams are frequent. I'm someone who would be considered a more academically inclined student and my experiences with most of my teachers have been good, and while I don't like a few due to personal reasons the school overall isn't a bad place.

Golder is not a bad place to learn and engage with others. However, factors that are not linked with the school supervision and teachers may make the experience unsafe.
