Named after 19th-century American poet James Russell Lowell, James Russell Lowell Elementary school seeks to educate children in an environment focused on equity and self-development.

This school needs new leadership you have a principal and assistant principal that bully the children and do not ever want to meet with parents. LSC needs to look into this and stop letting bullies run this School. Look at there scores. Big shame !
