Since I transferred to Leo Catholic High School, I have grown not only as a student but as a person overall. I came into Leo on academic probation, They told me that I had to maintain As and Bs or else they would have to let me go. They did this not to be cruel but because they saw I needed to undergo this to push myself to be a better scholar. I was put on academic probation because my grades and GPA weren't as high as my former school, when they found out why, they had then thought about it and said that I was accepted but that I had to be put on academic probation. the staff, the students, and even the principal would help me get through this but only for a short amount of time because they couldn't hold my hand forever. I was told that If I wanted to be something, I wanted to do something to make it happen. I took those words to heart and believed in becoming more of a scholar chasing more than basketball. I found a deep love and passion for photography and Leo helped me with it.

Leo has been a really great school for me to thrive at. The school isn't too big so you won't feel overlooked, and you will get all the support you need. All the teachers care for each one of the students. The only problem I have had is that one of the math teachers left each year I was at Leo.

My two sons attend Leo.The school has a computer lab with no computers. No access to computers to help with papers/assignments. Some of the staff & instructors are not giving 100% and last, my 17 wants to transfer out to a public school after attending 3yrs @ Leo for all of the above reasons.

My son graduated from Leo in 2011 and continues to thrive well into his college years because of the great teachings from Leo H.S. The teachers are amazing. The males are great role models and are truly invested in the lives of these young men!

my son is a freshman this year and loves it. He is 1 of 3 Hispanics there and gets along with all the young men there. I love it because its small compared to the public school he came from. The teachers and coaches care about my son, he gets tutoring when he needs it and the teachers keep us update...

My dad, Joe Prendergast, who was born in 1920, graduated from St. Leo's High School in the late 30's. He turned out to be a wonderful guy! Everyday he woke up he was thankful for the day! A very good worker and father of 12. He was proud and happy to have been a student there! Peace to All. Pat Pren...
