I was a student at Nettelhorst from 4th to 7th grade, and my experience with the education was great, as it was very challenging, but the experience with the staff and students wasn't as great. The staff can be very rude and disrespectful at times, but I would say it is still a good place to send your child if you want them to have an interactive and challenging curriculum.

The teacher deserves a compliment. I'm here at my son's graduation day and it was one of the best days of my life to see my son...

This school was excellent. The teachers were taking care of students well, good staff, but the school size is pretty small, but the academics are good. There are no bullies in the school, even they have, just a little. I would recommend this school.

Good community school in East Lakeview. Diverse group of students with strong parent engagement. Teachers seem motivated and ready to take on the day. Lots of communication between teachers and parents in regards to classroom activities and what’s being studied on the classroom. PreK through 8 grade...
