GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I wouldn't say I had the best time at Rauner, however, it wasn't the worst either. Despite the obvious lack of funding for extracurriculars, the connections I've built with the teachers and students here are unmatched. I've found that going to a much smaller school allows me to be able to find a way to connect with my teachers more often than if I had gone to a school with 1,200 students.

As a transfer student at Rauner College Prep I have had an amazing experience. From the curriculum to the relationship with the teachers and the students. Rauner has shown me that school can be fun. Rauner has also taught me many life skills that will follow me throughout my life and benefit me in a positive light. Overall, Rauner welcomed me into a community and introduced me to amazing people, despite its small size, I believe that this school will get me far and help me reach extraordinary success.

The teachers are passionate and do care about whether or not their students are learning. They build up hard work, strength, and perseverance with their strict rules but rewarding education. The size may have an effect on those who don't like smaller schools but they are very much worth it.

Working here is wonderful. I've been here for 13 years and I plan to stay until I retire.

This school is not worth it. 1st this school is really broke. This school couldnt afford to buy tissue paper so they give us paper toilet out of the bathroom. Our lunches are very disgusting. They once gave students rotten milk and many students were sick.
