Chicago's Harriet Beecher Stowe Elementary School is located at 3444 W Wabansia Ave. and serves an ethnically diverse group of pre-kindergarten through eighth grade students. No discipline at this school. Students are allowed to curse and run around with no consequences. Principal is non-existent.

They need air conditioning!....it's to hot to work under those conditions. I called the school and the lady said there is nothing she can do about it.
