Working at Pivot has allowed me to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to students' lives. It's a school that genuinely cares—about students, families, and staff. As a counselor, I've seen how this setting helps students re-engage with education in ways traditional schools often can't accommodate. I'm encouraged to build strong relationships with students and support their emotional, academic, and social development.
