They don’t follow IEPs and the staff is not trained to support the needs of children with disabilities. They corral children to handle their meltdowns instead of supporting them to prevent that which causes children anxiety and PTSD. There is discrimination and they also deny services to children th...

I think the principal and asst principal set an excellent tone. The teachers are amazing, and despite the increasing chaos caused by regulations out of their control, their concern for the students doesn't waver. We moved from West Clermont to Forest Hills and I couldn't say enough great things about Ayer Elementary. They have changed both of my children'ts educational experiences for the better and they now enjoy school!!! The school has gone above and beyond to make both of my children to become successful...
