Orion is a charter school, which means they don’t require their teachers to have teaching licenses. The only requirement is that they have a bachelor’s degree of some sort. While parents are encouraged to be involved with their children's learning there's little engagement. The school is understaffed. The admin team is not supportive of teachers. Students are unruly, disrespectful, disengaged, aggressive, and rude.
