GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It's been a little over a decade since I graduated from there.... and I can honestly tell you, THIS SCHOOL IS BS. The faculty at the time of my tenure there was sub-par at best, they taught straight from the text book and didn't out any effort into bettering and preparing us for anything AT ALL.... there was only one teacher there who actually taught in my opinion. I wasn't liked very much, never really fit in with my peers..... so I was pretty much a loner. I was picked with, talked about, I even got into a couple of fights there too. I look back on it now and I realize that maybe I needed to go through it in order to grow.... or maybe it's just a painful memory I have when I close my eyes.... this place scarred me for life, and I'll never forget it......

There are only a few teachers that actually care about the students.

My experience at Colbert High School has been well. From the five classes I have, my teachers have helped me when I needed them for the most part. If I had to choose, I would come back to this school. Compare to my last, it is much better.

Overall, well, besides the bullying. Teachers take initiative for their students and try to help them learn as best as they can that is in their ability.
